Tiffany Blackman

Program Officer



Tiffany’s primary responsibilities are to facilitate and provide oversight for grantmaking at the Foundation, including the areas of both restricted and unrestricted grantmaking. She oversees several grantmaking initiatives at BCCF including mini-grants, sponsorships, senior independent grants, health grantmaking/oversight, neighborhood grantmaking, and livable community grantmaking. She is responsible for maintaining grantee-partner relations, process administration, support systems, and committee oversight. 


Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and is a graduate of Battle Creek Central High School (c/o 2001). Prior to accepting her position at the Foundation, Tiffany served as the Director of Volunteer Services at the Food Bank of South Central Michigan. She is a Battle Creek native and remains actively engaged in the community volunteering at several organizations. Tiffany is currently President of the Junior League of Battle Creek, a member of Women of Impact, and the voluntary Program Director of I Like Me Society (a girls empowerment program).
