Grant Reporting & Information
Grants from the Battle Creek Community Foundation are allocated for one year from the date of your award. Your organization has one year to use the funding as allocated or do one of the following; return all unsed funds or formally request an extension of your grant on company letterhead indicating why your organization needs additional time to use the funding.
If your organization is seeking to submit a grant report for a grant recieved prior to April 1, 2019, please click the button below to dowload a fillable copy of the BCCF and Affliate Foundation Final Report Form. Once complete, please email to Adam Kingston at email@example.com. If you are reporting for a grant recieved after April 1, 2019 you will recieve direct correspondance from BCCF in our new online platform regarding report requirements. Thank you for your commitment to the Battle Creek community.
As a partner in local efforts to support the greater Battle Creek area, we continually strive to be an engaged, effective, and efficient grantmaker. These efforts have led to the development of a “Grantseeker Orientation” to support potential grantees in applying for our grants, as well as provide opportunities for grantseekers to network with one another. These orientations will be held regularly and eligibility for applying for a grant is dependent on each potential grantee attending an orientation before a grant can be submitted. Grantseekers must attend annually to maintain eligibility.
